254.02 TERM OF OFFICE; VACANCIES.

The term of office of the members of the Village Tree Commission shall be three (3) years. There shall be no limit to the number of consecutive terms to which a member may be appointed. If a vacancy occurs during the term of any member, his or her successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term.
