254.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established in and for the Village a Village Tree Commission, which shall consist of five (5) or seven (7) members, as determined by the Mayor and Village Council from time to time, which members shall be residents of the Village and who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council.
