253.09 PUBLIC RECORDS POLICY.
   The Village of Loudonville Public Records Policy attached to Ordinance 22-2008 and made part hereof as Exhibit A is hereby adopted as the policy for handling and distribution of public records in the Village and shall be distributed to all offices of the Village holding public records and shall be posted conspicuously in said offices and shall be included in the Village Personnel Manual.
