The Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement and plan of industrial, commercial, distribution and research development with the Community Improvement Corporation of Ashland, Ohio, in substantially the form, and containing the provisions, attached to original Ordinance 48-80, passed October 20, 1980, and marked Exhibit "A". The terms and provisions of such agreement and plan are hereby confirmed in all respects insofar as they embody and constitute the plan of industrial, commercial, distribution and research development for the Village under Ohio R.C. 1724.10.
