(a) No person shall throw, blow, drop, place, or otherwise allow to accumulate any grass, grass clippings, shrubbery material, tree clippings, or leaves which were located on the property owned, rented, controlled, or maintained by the person, onto or on any public street or sidewalk.
(b) Any person who violates the prohibitions of subsection (a) above, shall immediately remove the same from such streets and/or sidewalks.
(c) Whoever violates any subsection of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense within a twelve (12) month period. Every subsequent violation of this section within twelve (12) months shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 17-2022. Passed 6-21-22.)
