238.09 JAIL RULES.
   (a)   The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to establish rules for the jail facility in the Village.
   (b)   The jail rules that are established by the Chief of Police shall be posted in the booking room at the Loudonville Police Department and made available for review by all persons held in such jail facility.
