452.16 PARKING OF TRAILERS AND RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT.
   (a)   No person shall park any trailer, motor home, camper, boat, boat trailer, semitrailer, recreational vehicle, or other similar equipment upon any street in the Village of Loudonville.
   (b)   This prohibition shall not apply to the following:
      (1)   Any persons parked for less than eight (8) hours while engaged in commercial delivery or service calls.
      (2)   Food trucks and trailers permitted pursuant to Chapter 880 of the Loudonville Codified Ordinances.
      (3)   Persons holding a permit issued by the Mayor of the Village of Loudonville, or the Mayor’s authorized designee. Each permit shall be for a period of no more than five (5) consecutive days.
   (c)   Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever violate this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one violation of this section, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more violations of this section, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
