880.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, punishable by a jail sentence of up to thirty (30) days, fines of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), and such other penalties as are allowed under Ohio law.
