In addition to his regular salary, as established from time to time by Council, the Director of Law, should he reside outside the Village, shall receive five dollars ($5.00) as travel expense each time he is required to travel to the Village and shall receive one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) per month for secretarial and office expenses for legal work done for the Village.
