After the effective date of this section, the appointment of the Village Administrator by the Mayor, and his confirmation by the Council, the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs shall be automatically abolished in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 735.272. Any remaining references in these Codified Ordinances to Board of Trustees of Public Affairs shall henceforth mean Village Administrator. (Ord. 25-2007. Passed 5-21-07.)
