(a) Effective January 1, 2001, all interest earned from the investment of Water and Sewer funds in non-checking account interest bearing accounts, shall be apportioned or credited to the Water and Sewer funds in the Treasury of the Village of Loudonville, Ohio.
(b) All interest earned from the investment of other funds from the Treasury of the Village of Loudonville, Ohio shall be apportioned or credited to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Village of Loudonville, Ohio, except as otherwise expressly provided by law.
