232.12 INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR.
   (a)   The Fiscal Officer is hereby designated as the Insurance Administrator for the Village and its employees.
   (b)   The duties of the Insurance Administrator shall include providing information to employees to assist them in making applications for benefits under the Village health insurance plan and shall further include, but not be limited to, assisting employees in the processing of claims for health insurance related benefits.
