232.11 VILLAGE ARCHIVIST.

(a) There is hereby established the position of Village Archivist, whose duties shall be to provide for the maintenance and disposal of the public records of the Village and shall include such other duties and obligations as directed by the Village Records Commission.

(b) The Fiscal Officer of the Village shall further serve as the Village Archivist.
