232.09 ASSISTANT FISCAL OFFICER’S AUTHORITY TO SIGN CHECKS.

The Assistant Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized and directed to sign checks drawn on the Village Treasury accounts in the Fiscal Officer’s absence from the Village or upon the direction of the Fiscal Officer.
