(a) The Fiscal Officer, Police Department and Income Tax Department are hereby authorized to make petty cash expenditures out of existing funds up to the following amounts:

(b) The Manager of the Loudonville swimming pool complex is hereby authorized and directed to maintain a petty cash reserve of three hundred dollars ($300.00) (one hundred dollars ($100.00) per cash register) for the purpose of providing change for cash registers located and operated at the Village swimming pool complex and food concession.
