230.02 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT COORDINATOR.

(a) The Administrative Secretary of the Village is hereby designated the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator for the Village, and shall serve as such without additional compensation.

(b) The ADA Coordinator shall be responsible for receiving and disseminating information received by the Village concerning compliance with the provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act, and for coordinating whatever action is necessary on the part of the Village to comply with the provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act.
