Any act authorized by a permit issued by the Village or its authorized representative shall be commenced within sixty days of the date of issuance of such permit and shall be completed within six months of the commencement date of such act. Council, upon proper application of such permit holder, may extend the time of commencement and/or the time of completion, upon good cause shown.
