1270.02 PLANNING COMMISSION AND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS TO USE AND REFER TO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

(a) The Loudonville Village Planning Commission is directed to utilize said 1993 Comprehensive Plan, together with the 1974 plan, when engaging in planning for the future of the Village.

(b) The Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Loudonville is directed to refer to said Comprehensive Master Plans and act in accordance with said plans when administering the provisions of the Village of Loudonville Zoning Ordinance.
