1260.04 TREE LAWN PARKING.

Whenever any off-street parking of any vehicle is located between the edge of any pavement and the right-of-way (typically known as the tree lawn area) the area shall be graded for proper drainage to an approved storm water system and paved with concrete or asphalt so as to provide a durable and dustless surface. (Ord. 75-96. Passed 11-18-96.)
