1255.03 DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY.

It shall be the responsibility of any person owning real property or owning or operating a business within the Village of Loudonville to make a determination of the applicability of this section as it pertains to the property or business or operation and failure to do so shall not excuse any violations

of this section. (Ord. 75-96. Passed 11-18-96.)
