(a) Within twenty days of such review meeting the Village Council, acting upon information gained from the review meeting and comments or suggestions from the Regional Planning Commission, the Village Planning Commission, or the District Soil Conservationist, may attach reasonable conditions to the development proposal to protect and/or preserve particular characteristics of the land area in question and to protect the public health, safety, and welfare.
(b) Prior to issuance of any zoning permit, any such conditions shall be attached and made a part of such permit by the Zoning Inspector.
