1252.06 LANDS TO WHICH THESE REGULATIONS APPLY.

These regulations shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the Village of Loudonville as identified in Section 1252.07, including any additional areas of special flood hazard annexed by Village of Loudonville. (Ord. 47-2009. Passed 7-6-09.)
