Whereas, the Village Council of Loudonville, Ohio, deems it necessary to the promotion of the public health, safety, morals, comfort and general welfare of what is known as Loudonville, Ohio, therein the use, size and location of buildings and other structures; the size and location of yards and other spaces in relation to buildings and the use of land; the districts and regulations of this Zoning Code are hereby created and established and shall hereafter apply.
