Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, other than nonpayment of charges or violates any properly promulgated rule, regulation or other authorized by this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be fined not more than $750 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
