1064.23 ESTABLISHING EQUIVALENT RESIDENTIAL UNIT (ERU) SIZE AND USER CHARGE RATE.
   (a)    The Village of Loudonville Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU) hereby represents two thousand eight hundred (2,800) square feet, of impervious area.
   (b)    The user charge rate hereby be established as $3.00 per each ERU per month.
   (c)    The beginning date for the assessment of the storm drainage user charge is the 1st day of January, 1998.
