Storm sewer laterals shall have minimum barrel diameters of 12 inches and a minimum grade of 0.22 percent. Yard drains may be taken to the curb line and discharge into streets and alleys. In addition, where applicable, the provisions of Section 1228.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Loudonville shall be complied with for new subdivision improvements.
