The following procedures are hereby established for the rental of the Loudonville Swimming Pool:
(a) Application and payment for the use of the Pool must be made at least seventy-two hours in advance at the Pool Manager's office.
(b) Checks for rental are to be made out to the Village of Loudonville.
(c) The fee for the rental of the Pool shall be as follows: one hundred dollars ($100.00) for groups of fifty persons or less, per evening. An additional fee of fifty cents (50¢) will be charged for each person in excess of fifty people. If the use of the concession stand is desired, an additional ten dollars ($10.00) per hour will be charged.
