The following policies are hereby established for the rental of the Loudonville Swimming Pool:
(a) The Pool may be rented by groups during the hours it is not in use by the Village, at times to be determined by the Pool Manager.
(b) The organization renting the Pool will be held responsible for payment of any damage or loss of property.
(c) The number of Pool staff to safely guard and operate the Pool will be determined by the Pool Manager. Only Pool employees will be used and compensation of such employees is part of the rental cost.
(d) Permission for use of the Pool will be granted only when the person making the application agrees to follow all established rules and regulations. Permission may be revoked by the Pool Manager for failure to comply with such rules and regulations, and no refund will be made.
(e) No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the Pool or on its grounds.
(f) Groups will be allowed to enter the dressing rooms as soon as the dressing rooms are cleared of regular Pool patrons.
(g) Other arrangements may be authorized by the Swimming Pool Committee, with the Pool Manager's concurrence.
