1058.02 PAVING AND PARKING IN CENTRAL PARK.
   An asphalt curb shall be created and certain areas of Central Park shall be paved and established for parking, as follows:
   (a)    Being a part of the northwest quarter of Central Park and commencing at a point ten feet south of the northwest corner of such quarter and running in an easterly direction parallel with North Park Place to a point at the northeast corner of such Park.
   (b)    Being a part of the northeast quarter of Central Park and commencing at a point ten feet south of the northwest corner of such Park and continuing in an easterly direction parallel with North Park Place to a point ten feet west of the east boundary of such Park; thence in a southerly direction parallel with North Pleasant Drive to a point at the southeast corner of such Park.
   (c)    Being a part of the southeast quarter of Central Park and commencing at a point ten feet west of the northeast comer of such quarter and running in a southerly direction parallel with South Pleasant Drive to a point ten feet north of the southern boundary of such quarter; thence in a westerly direction parallel with South Park Place to a point at the southwest corner of such Park.
   (d)    Being a part of the southwest quarter of Central Park commencing at a point in the northeast corner of such quarter at a point directly in line with the curbing on the east side of the southeast quarter of such Park and continuing along this line in a westerly direction to a point near the southwest corner of such southwest quarter.
