1058.01 JURISDICTION OVER PARKS.
   (a)    Central Park is hereby declared to be a recreation park and shall be under the jurisdiction of the Recreation Board.

   (b)    The Loudonville Park/Pool Complex, consisting of the municipal swimming pool and adjacent park lands, is designated a recreational facility and shall be under the jurisdiction of the Recreation Board. (Ord. 42-95. Passed 6-19-95.)
