1054.01 DUMPING; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall dump any material at the landfill owned by the Village and situated on Wally Road, directly south of the storage barn owned by the Loudonville Agriculture Society, or upon the land leased by the Village, known as Lot 596 and Part Lot 618 in the Village, without first obtaining a permit therefor, as provided in this chapter.
