If any water bill is not paid within ten days after the date of mailing, a ten percent penalty shall be added. Because the sewer rates are based on water consumption, the Village will not accept payment of any water bill unless the sewer service bill is also paid, and if any bill for water service remains unpaid for thirty days, the Village may cut off the water supply to the delinquent user until the water bill is paid.
