1032.03 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EXTENSIONS.
   After approval for a water line extension has been granted by the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs the following requirements shall be met before actual construction commences:
   (a)    Over 400 Feet in Length.
      (1)    One tracing of each sheet of the plans for the proposed extension, on tracing cloth or medium or heavy weight 100 percent rag vellum, either eighteen by twenty-four inches or twenty-four by thirty-six inches in size, drawn with pencil or India ink or in accordance with the requirements of the Engineer, shall be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs.
      (2)    Plans shall be prepared by an engineer registered in the State.
      (3)    Upon completion and approval, one set of tracings and one set of prints of the plans for the proposed water line extension shall be filed and retained in the office of the Board and shall become and remain the property of the Village.
   (b)    400 Feet or Less.
      (1)    One copy, on a form furnished by the Village, showing the location of the proposed extension and other required information, shall be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs.
      (2)    Upon approval, the copy of the plans for the proposed water line extension indicated above shall be filed and retained in the office of the Board and shall become and remain the property of the Village.
