1028.01 SEWER REVENUE FUND.

There is hereby established a separate and special fund designated as the Loudonville Sewerage System Revenue Fund into which all revenue collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited. The Fund shall be used and administered only as hereafter provided by Council. (Ord. 662. Passed 3-17-58.)
