Any individual, partnership, association or corporation desiring to connect a dumping station to the Village sanitary sewerage system shall apply to the Zoning Inspector for a permit. The fee for such permit shall be two hundred forty dollars ($240.00) per year or any portion thereof. Such fee may be paid in quarterly installments with the initial installment due upon the granting of the permit. All water used at such dumping station shall be metered and the normal water and sewer fees shall be charged in addition to the above yearly fee. Such yearly fee may be changed by further amendment of this section.
