Council may review the conduct, acts and decisions of the Village Tree Commission. Any person may appeal from any ruling or order of the Commission to Council, which may hear the matter and make a final decision. Such appeal must be filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer within ten days of the ruling or order of the Commission. Council shall conduct a hearing upon such appeal at the next regularly scheduled Council meeting following the filing of the appeal.
