840.99 PENALTY.

(a) Violations of this chapter shall be misdemeanor offenses punishable by fine or imprisonment, as provided in Chapter 606 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Loudonville.

(b) Each day that a sexually oriented business or adult motel operates in violation of this chapter is a separate offense or violation. (Ord. 52-03. Passed 12-15-03.)
