Businesses subject to sexually oriented business licensing are classified as follows:
(a) Adult arcades;
(b) Adult bookstores, adult novelty stores, or adult video stores;
(c) Adult cabarets;
(d) Adult motion picture theaters;
(e) Adult theaters;
(f) Nude model studios;
(g) Sexual encounter centers; and
(h) Any combination of classifications set forth in subsections (a) through (g) hereof. (Ord. 52-03. Passed 12-15-03.)
