Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, including the regulations promulgated by the Ohio Department of Health pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3733.02, which regulations are referred to in Section 820.03, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
