660.15 OPEN BURNING.
   (a)   No person shall kindle or authorize another to kindle any open fire, or engage in any outside burning of any kind, including the use or utilization of a burn barrel, except as otherwise authorized by Chapter 3745-19 of the Ohio Administrative Code as it currently exists or as it may hereafter by amended.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
   (c)   In addition to any criminal penalty set forth in this section, the Village may recover the costs incurred in extinguishing any fire, blaze or open burning by the Village Fire Department, from any individual found guilty of a violation of this section.
