(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Resisting arrest as set out in § 132.01 of this chapter will automatically be a fine of up to $500 and/or one year in jail.

(C) A violation of any of the prohibitions set forth in §§ 132.02 or 132.03 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000, or confinement in the County Jail not to exceed six months, or both. Any violation continuing from day to day shall constitute separate individual violations and may be prosecuted as such.
