(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code. (B) Any person who violates or fails or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 113.02 through 113.05 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the town and, upon conviction before the Town Judge thereof, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50.
