§ 92.25 ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE INJUNCTION.
   The Council may apply to the Municipal Judge of the town for an injunction to abate such nuisance if the landowner or occupant charged with the duty to remove such nuisance does not do so within ten days after the date the Council enters as order to remove such nuisance.
