§ 91.47 AUTHORITY OF ENFORCEMENT AGENCY; JURISDICTION.
   (A)   The officers of the town’s enforcement agency, that is, the Town Inspector, Code Enforcement Officer or a police officer, are specifically authorized hereby to undertake all measures permitted to be taken by an enforcement agency pursuant to the statutory provisions of W. Va. Code §§ 17-24A-1 et seq., as amended, as thought those measures were set forth fully herein without limitation, and additionally, said officers are empowered to issue citations for violations of this subchapter, pursuant to division (B) below and § 91.99 of this chapter.
   (B)   The Town Municipal Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide all matters pertaining to violations of this subchapter.
