§ 91.10 TOWN COUNCIL MAY CONDEMN OR ORDER PROPERTY RESTORED.
   The Town Council can condemn, or make property owners restore, properties within the corporate limits. Such properties the Town Council feels are eyesores, fire hazards or injurious to health and lives, in ruins or thereabout, the landowners will be responsible for maintaining. No person, firm, corporation or association owning real estate within the corporate limits of the town, nor any leasee or subleasee thereof, shall suffer or permit such real estate of any character to fall into such state of neglect or disrepair as to be as aforesaid. If, in the opinion of the Council, such condition exists or arises, the Council shall take prompt and appropriate legal action to cause such condition to be corrected or abated as a public nuisance as provided in this Title IX.
