§ 91.08 BURNING MATTER IN STREETS OR ON PREMISES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to burn or cause to be burned any shavings, refuse, waste paper, rubbish or other matter in any street, road, alley or highway within the town without the consent of the Mayor thereof, and no person shall burn the same or cause or permit the same to be done upon his or her premises so close to the dwelling house of another so that the dense smoke, noxious fumes, gas, soot or cinders will be in such quantity so as to render the occupation of the dwelling uncomfortable to a person of ordinary sensibilities.
