§ 91.06 POLLUTING CREEKS, STREAMS, DITCHES OR DRAINS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to dump, throw, discharge or deposit or cause to be dumped, thrown, discharged or deposited within the boundary limits of the town, or within one-half mile above the town, into the waters of Lost Creek or its small branches or into any gutter or drain within the town, or within one-half mile of the town, any dead animal or fowl or any obnoxious vegetables, minerals or any substances, or tin cans in which foods or liquids have been kept or preserved or any oil or petroleum; or to dump, throw, discharge or deposit or cause or permit to be the aforesaid upon any premises or property owned by or under the control of him or her, them or it upon or near the edge of said streams or its branches or so near as to permit the obnoxious substances to be washed or carried into said streams and branches by rain or drainage and thereby tend to contaminate, pollute or impair the quality of the water in said streams and branches in the town.
