§ 90.08 LIVESTOCK CAUSING DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OF OTHERS.
   Any person living within the corporate limits of the town owning cattle, horses or any type of livestock will be responsible for damages they may cause to another property owner. If said livestock causes damages to another person’s property and said person has reasonable proof of the owner of said livestock, the owner of said livestock will be responsible for the damages incurred.
