The provisions of this subchapter, with respect to equipment on vehicles, shall not apply to implements of husbandry, road machinery, road rollers or farm tractors, except as herein made applicable. Every farm tractor that is equipped with an electric lighting system shall at all times mentioned in § 70.37 of this chapter display a red tail lamp and either multiple-beam or single-beam head lamps meeting the requirements of § 70.37 of this chapter and W. Va. Code §§ 17C-15-20 and 17C-15-22, respectively.
