A. The Sewer Repair Financial Assistance Program (SRFAP) is hereby allocated one half of 1 percent (0.5%) of the Sewer Service Charge rate adjustments for a period from April 6, 2012, to June 30, 2016. SRFAP is a rebate program offered to property owners for CCTV inspection to determine Sewer Lateral condition and for Sewer Lateral repair/replacement.
B. The Board of Public Works shall provide such rules and regulations to administer the SRFAP as are consistent with the provisions of this article and as may be necessary to aid in the administration of the SRFAP.
